Firestone Complete Auto Care

They Never replaced my rubber snap in valve stems during a 4 tire change which months later it tore and I lost tons of air pressure rapidly. Luckily I got it in time before it got so low the tire rolled off the rim. Another Firestone examined them and concluded they were all old and dry rotting. I didn’t get charged for making it right but this lack of attention could have been a threat to my safety.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I made an appointment for a state vehicle inspection expecting that having a scheduled time would mean the service would be handled in a reasonable manner. When I arrived, I was told there was a long wait and that I would have to leave my vehicle there until the next day. This information should have been explained when the appointment was scheduled. A customer should not have to waste time traveling to an appointment only to find out that the vehicle will not be inspected that day. I hope the business improves its communication with customers and provides clearer information when scheduling appointments.

We have used Firestone for many many years and always been satisfied until recently. When I called about my car needing repair I was quote one price. Then after I brought it in, I was told another price and when I picked it up it was even more! They tried to make it seem like they were giving me a deal with a, "generous $75 off," however, the final price was $200 more than I was originally told. It felt shady, like they deliberately told me a cheaper price so I would bring it in and not shop around, then upcharge me. Disappointed.

I had a slow leak on my back right tire, checked all four and that was the one dropping 10 Psi every two days. I called same day to try to get it resolved, they were able to fix it and I got my car right before close! I always appreciate your flexibility, and they do their best to get to you as soon as they can. Some of the friendliest people and skilled technicians around. I’ve been coming here for years, with two different vehicles. I won’t take my car anymore but here, I would recommend to ANYONE

I originally stopped in for a flat tire, and Nakota at the front desk greeted me with a big smile and assisted me immediately, making everything simple and stress free. While I was there, I chose to add an inspection, and that’s when the technicians identified a wheel bearing issue that needed to be addressed. They took the time to explain the problem and why it was important to fix, without any pressure. While they worked on my car, I walked downtown for coffee and lunch, and before I could even finish, my car was ready. The turnaround time was impressive, and it’s now driving smoothly and quietly again. If you’re in Roanoke and want honest, thorough service, I highly recommend this location. They went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful they caught the issue when they did.
